REMS, Spain's leading Airbnb management company, is seeking an Interior Design/Interior Architecture professional for the Málaga team. You will visit properties, measure spaces, and design concepts, coordinating with sales and senior designers to prepare design offers and pre-study presentations.

Responsibilities include drafting technical design contracts, sourcing furniture and decor, organizing on-site delivery, maintaining cost files, and keeping storage organized across projects.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
• Knowledge of industry materials and textiles and current design trends.
• Respect budgets, timelines and quality requirements with the ability to learn.
• Experience creating floor plans with appropriate software.
• Knowledge of rendering software for high-quality renders (ArchiCAD, Revit, Sweethomes).
• Proficiency in MS Office; Adobe Suite is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Visiting, measuring, and recording spaces to design for projects.
• Prepare design offers, Pre-Study and Deep study presentations with sales and senior designers.
• Fill the technical part of the design contracts.
• Purchase furniture and decorations and organize on-site delivery.
• Prepare cost files per style and final client reports.
• Maintain organized storage spaces for each project.
