Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Prompt Writer (AI Training) to craft original prompts that push AI models to think more deeply and safely. This fully remote, hourly contract role is open to anyone with strong writing and a curious mind, with 10–40 hours per week commitment.

You will design prompts across topics, probe edge cases, and assess AI responses for safety, helpfulness, and factual integrity while following structured guidelines and working independently.

About The Role

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong writing skills and a creative mind. No technical background, coding experience, or AI expertise required — just an ability to think broadly, write clearly, and ask great questions.

What You'll Do

• Craft original, diverse prompts across a wide range of topics — from logic and science to ethics, creativity, and everyday life
• Design questions, scenarios, and challenges that test AI reasoning, accuracy, and creativity
• Create prompts specifically designed to probe edge cases, expose weaknesses, and surface unexpected behaviors
• Write prompts that assess AI responses for safety, helpfulness, and factual integrity
• Follow structured style guides and prompt-writing frameworks with precision and consistency
• Iterate on your prompts based on project feedback and evolving research needs
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are
