La empresa de gestión de servicios para el sector minorista busca un Coordinador de Mantenimiento y Limpieza para Grandes Superficies en Oviedo. Será responsable de dirigir un equipo de limpieza, coordinar mantenimiento y garantizar estándares de higiene y seguridad en ventas, áreas comunes y oficinas.

Formación

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed cleaning schedules and protocols for all areas of the commercial centers.
• Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and conducting training.
• Oversee routine maintenance tasks, such as minor repairs, groundskeeping coordination, and facility upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the commercial spaces.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and maintenance materials, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized cleaning services, repairs, and waste management.
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper functioning of facilities.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address any cleaning-related issues or customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, maintenance logs, staff performance, and inventory.

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities management, janitorial supervision, or a similar role, preferably in retail or high-traffic public environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of service staff.
• Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and safety procedures.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance principles and coordination of repairs.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and vendor interaction.
