Cronoshare.Com is seeking a General Cleaning and Services Manager to oversee standardized cleaning procedures and supply-chain management for a nationwide portfolio. This fully remote role requires coordinating with onsite teams to ensure consistent quality and cost efficiency.

You will lead remote teams, manage budgets, and implement best practices across diverse properties, driving guest satisfaction through top-tier cleanliness. Fluency in Spanish and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in cleaning management, housekeeping operations, or facility management, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Proven experience in managing remote teams and driving operational excellence across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices for various environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management and procurement processes.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a remote work environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with relevant operational software.
• Fluency in Spanish is required; English proficiency is highly desirable.

• Develop, implement, and enforce standardized cleaning procedures and quality control measures across all company locations.
• Manage the procurement, inventory, and distribution of cleaning supplies and equipment, optimizing costs and ensuring availability.
• Collaborate with on-site General Managers and Housekeeping Supervisors to address operational challenges and implement solutions.
• Oversee the training and development programs for cleaning staff, ensuring consistent skill levels and adherence to protocols.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and reduce waste in cleaning services.
• Develop and manage budgets related to cleaning supplies, equipment, and labor.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes in cleaning and sanitation.
• Conduct virtual site assessments and provide guidance to remote teams on maintaining high standards.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Drive initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction through superior cleanliness and service.
