Técnicas Reunidas is seeking Project Quality Engineers to join our Madrid office. You will support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the QMS, and manage quality documentation across procedures and records.

With 2–5 years of project experience, you will analyze KPIs, support audits, investigate non-conformities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to ISO standards and company policies while promoting quality across the project lifecycle.

We are looking for Project Quality Engineers with previous experience (2 - 5 years) in similar projects:

Main responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the QMS.
• Manage and update quality documentation, including procedures and records.
• Calculate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze results and prepare reports.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Assist in the investigation of non-conformities and implementation of corrective/preventive actions.
• Support training activities related to quality processes.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Required profile and experience

• Proficiency in Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or PowerBI.
• Proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality methodologies.
