DAPIN in Spain is seeking a Project QA/QC Coordinator for onsite work in the oil, gas and energy sector. The role requires leading QA/QC activities on complex projects, ensuring compliance with ASME codes and European directives, and coordinating with clients, project managers and engineers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in QA/QC within engineering, oil & gas, with construction exposure and strong Microsoft Office skills. English C1+ is essential for collaboration with international teams.

Formación

• More than 5 years of QA/QC experience in engineering, oil, gas or energy.
• At least 3 years in construction, preferably as Quality Manager.
• Experience in procedures, regulations and quality standards compliance.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• English C1+.
• Desirable Vendor Performance Management experience.
• Knowledge of IWE or Frosio Level II.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage SQP, ITPs and QCPs for complex construction and installation projects.
• Professional review of critical deliverables, including WPS, PQR, WPQ and material certificates.
• Deep knowledge of ASME codes and CE Directives (CE Marking, PED, ATEX, Machinery).
• Lead Technical Bid Evaluations and monitor subcontractor performance.
• Manage NCRs, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Rigorous verification of welding traceability and production reports.
• Lead Kick-off Meetings, technical clarifications and weekly progress committees.

Requirements

More than 5 years of experience in QA/QC in the engineering, oil, gas or energy industry. At least 3 years of construction experience, preferably as Quality Manager. Experience in the preparation of procedures, management of regulations and compliance with quality standards. Advanced Microsoft Office skills. English C1+. Desirable Experience in Vendor Performance Management. Knowledge of IWE or Frosio Level II.

Principal duties

Expert in the development and management of SQP (Supply Quality Plans), ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans) and QCPs (Quality Control Plans) for complex construction and installation projects. Professional review of critical deliverables, including WPS (Welding Procedure Specification), PQR (Procedure Qualification Record), WPQ (Welder Performance Qualification) and material certificates. Deep knowledge of ASME codes and European Directives (CE Marking, PED, ATEX, Machinery). Leadership in Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE) and monitoring of subcontractor performance. Management of NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions. Rigorous verification of welding traceability and production compliance reports. Clear communication and key point of contact for clients, Project Managers and Engineering teams. Expert in leading Kick-off Meetings (KOM), technical clarifications and weekly progress committees.
