Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space SAU at Tablada in Seville leads a Senior Project Manager role to drive improvement initiatives, define project scope, schedules and budgets, and coordinate stakeholders and customer management to assure delivery.

As PMO, you will shape governance, define methodologies, standardize reporting, and oversee portfolio prioritization and resource capacity, applying Lean/Operational Excellence to remove non-value-added steps.

Responsibilities

• Lead improvement projects at Tablada, defining scope, schedule and budget while coordinating risk management, stakeholders and customer management to ensure timely delivery.
• Act as PMO to drive transformation, governance, methodology and portfolio reporting; prioritize projects aligned with strategy and optimize capacity and resources.

• Lead some of the improvement projects of Tablada, acting as Project Manager (PM). Define scope, schedule & budget. Coordinate team Risk Management Stakeholders & customer management Asure deliverables OQOTOC
• Act as PMO (Project Management Office), driving transformation & strategic projects inside Tablada Plant. Define Governance. Define methodology & process. Prioritization of projects aligned with Strategy Standardisation of reporting & portfolio Review Capacity & resources management Support to Project Managers
• Lean / Operational Excellence. Implement improvement actions based in the Operational Excellence System to erradicate the Non Value Added in the process to improve.
