Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Sevilla seeks a professional Project Manager to lead improvement initiatives at the Tablada Plant. You will define project scope, schedule and budget, coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risks and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

You will serve as PMO, driving transformation and strategic projects, establishing governance, standardising reporting and portfolio reviews, and prioritising initiatives aligned with strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead some of the improvement projects at Tablada as Project Manager (PM).
• Define scope, schedule and budget.

• Deliver OQOTOC deliverables and support PMO activities.
• Drive transformation and strategic projects inside Tablada Plant.
• Define governance and methodology.
• Prioritize projects aligned with Strategy and standardise reporting and portfolio reviews.
• Manage capacity and resources, supporting project managers, applying Lean improvements.
