Job summary

COSMO CONSULT SPAIN is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex ERP implementations with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management. You will ensure objectives, scope, schedule, and budget are met while maintaining high customer satisfaction across international stakeholders.

You will organize ERP projects, coordinate steering committees, monitor progress with a DevOps tool, plan and validate hours, and develop project teams in a structured, design-led environment

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience managing ERP implementation projects.
• Preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and conflict-management abilities.
• Native-level Spanish and advanced English for international projects.

Project Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM)

You manage complex ERP implementation projects while keeping project objectives, scope, schedule, and budget firmly on track. In doing so, you ensure that customers are satisfied with both the project and the services provided by COSMO CONSULT SPAIN.

Your day-to-day, only without the routine

• You organize ERP implementation projects and coordinate the required meetings.
• You ensure that the agreed project objectives are achieved and that the project scope, schedule, and budget are adhered to.
• You plan and organize regular steering committee meetings with the customer.
• You monitor project progress using the relevant DevOps tool.
• You plan the hours to be worked on the project.
• You validate the hours worked on the project.

Where you make an impact

• You ensure that projects follow COSMO’s established methodology, which is based on Success by Design.
• You develop and support the project team.
• You prepare project status documentation and monitor it regularly.
• You resolve billing-related issues.
• You are responsible for customer satisfaction with the project and the services provided by COSMO CONSULT SPAIN.

• You work closely with the relevant project team and the customer’s project stakeholders.
• You coordinate regular steering committee meetings with the customer.

• You use a DevOps tool to monitor project progress.

Your learning journey at COSMO CONSULT

Weeks 1 to 4: Arrive and understand

• You get familiar with COSMO’s project methodology based on Success by Design and the processes relevant to your role.
• You familiarize yourself with the DevOps tool used to monitor project progress.
• You get to know the relevant project teams and project stakeholders.

After 3 months: Take ownership and deliver

• You independently manage specific areas of projects.
• You confidently facilitate workshops and coordinate collaboration among everyone involved.
• You create transparency and structure across complex topics.

After 6 months: Develop and help shape the future

• You take ownership of projects in line with your level of experience, with increasing autonomy.
• You actively develop and improve ways of working and collaboration.

What you bring to the role

• At least five years of experience managing ERP implementation projects
• Preferably experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, or F&SCM
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Conflict-management and mediation skills
• Native-level Spanish and advanced English skills for communication in international projects and with global stakeholders
