SAMY Iberia is seeking a Project Manager in Influencer Marketing to lead internal processes for complex campaigns from concept through delivery. You will work closely with the Campaign Lead to drive operational excellence, ensure high-quality deliverables, and coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment.

You will manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, while maintaining proactive communication with stakeholders, identifying risks, and solving short-notice

Role Mission

Reporting directly to Pola Gil, as Project Manager in Influencer Marketing you will take the lead on internal processes for complex digital and influencer campaigns, working closely with the Campaign Lead from concept through execution. You will help drive operational excellence, ensure high-quality deliverables, and support effective project coordination, while proactively resolving issues and keeping stakeholders aligned in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed project plans aligned with client objectives, taking internal accountability for scope, timelines, deliverables and planning.
• Lead and orchestrate multiple integrated influencer marketing campaigns and digital projects simultaneously from kickoff through final delivery.
• Work with high autonomy in your daily operations, proactively identifying risks and independently solving short-notice problems or unexpected campaign shifts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams—including creative, growth, and research—ensuring seamless collaboration, high-quality output, and team alignment.
• Maintain clear, structured, and proactive communication across internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the entire campaign lifecycle.
• Monitor project health, timelines, and budgets continuously to ensure on-time project delivery.

Skills & Experience

• Proven track record of managing complex influencer marketing campaigns and digital projects within a creative, digital, or marketing agency environment.
• Deep operational understanding of agency cross-functional workflows across creative, strategy, production, data, and growth teams.
• Superior organizational and multi-project management skills, combined with a structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
