Job summary

Biorce в Барселоне ищет опытного DevOps/SRE для построения и эксплуатации масштабируемой Kubernetes-инфраструктуры, поддержки ИИ‑нагрузок и сложных рабочих процессов данных.

Вы внедрите GitOps, улучшите мониторинг и надежность в мультиарендной среде с GPU‑нагрузками, тесно работая с командами разработки и безопасности.

Qualifications

• Наличие 5+ лет опыта в DevOps/SRE в производстве.
• Крепкое владение Kubernetes в продакшене (мультитенд кластеры, GPU-распределение, авто-скейлинг).
• Опыт внедрения IaC (Terraform).
• Опыт GitOps (ArgoCD).
• Сильные навыки проектирования CI/CD и быстрого выпуска.
• Знание мониторинга, логирования и трассировки (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry).
• Умение устранять сложности распределённых систем и улучшать надежность.
• Умение работать в команде с разработчиками, данными и безопасностью.

Responsibilities

Build and operate a scalable, secure, and automated Kubernetes-based infrastructure to support AI-driven clinical and data-intensive workloads. Lead the adoption of GitOps practices to ensure all infrastructure and application changes are delivered through version-controlled, automated pipelines. Drive improvements in monitoring, observability, and reliability across multi-tenant environments with demanding GPU workloads. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design cloud-native solutions and provide best practices for deploying and running applications in production.

5+ years of relevant DevOps/SRE experience. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes in production environments (multi-tenant clusters, GPU scheduling, autoscaling). Proven experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). Experience deploying and operating GitOps workflows (ArgoCD). Strong background in designing CI/CD pipelines and enabling engineering teams to ship faster with confidence. Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and tracing tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry). Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems and proactively improve system reliability. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with development, data, and security teams. Expertise in Kubernetes (RBAC, namespaces, operators, custom resources, Helm, Kustomize). Proficiency with IaC (Terraform). Hands-on experience with GitOps tools (ArgoCD). Experience with CI/CD platforms (Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins). Familiarity with container security, secrets management, and policy enforcement (OPA/Gatekeeper, Kyverno, HashiCorp Vault, GCP Secret Manager). Strong Linux and networking fundamentals. Scripting/automation in Python or Bash.
