Xarxa De Transmissions Santiago Sl is seeking a Project Manager to support the development and ongoing improvement of our gambling platform across regulated markets. You will collaborate with IT, Legal, Product, Operations, and external providers to ensure new features align with regulatory requirements and are delivered on time.

The role combines project management, technical compliance, QA validation, and operational follow-up in a highly regulated environment.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in technical compliance, project management, QA or consulting, ideally in iGaming or other highly regulated industries.
• Fluent in English and Spanish required. Knowledge of Portuguese or Russian is a plus.
• General understanding of software development and testing processes.
• Experience with Jira, QA testing, APIs, and Postman is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Support the Head of Technical Compliance in ensuring that the gambling platform complies with applicable regulatory and technical standards and that regulatory changes are incorporated into the project lifecycle.
• Provide effective communication: the project coordinator must communicate requirements clearly and concisely. They must set priorities across teams to ensure project goals are met on time.
• Help ensure that platform changes are properly implemented and documented.
• Write clear and detailed user stories and requirements for the IT team: create and maintain Epics, Stories, Use and Edge Cases.
• Review and approve the work done by the development team: perform QA validation and functional testing of new developments.
• Follow up on incidents, technical issues, and project timelines.
• Analyse and reconcile data reported to regulators.
• Work with certification laboratories on platform integration certification and audit processes in regulated markets.
• Work closely with external providers (gaming platform provider, PSPs) and internal teams.
