DNV, через GreenPowerMonitor, ищет опытного руководителя проектов для эффективного управления энергетическими инициативами и проектами возобновляемой энергетики. В обязанности входит координация межфункциональных команд, взаимодействие с заказчиками и контроль сроков, бюджета и качества.

Требуется опыт работы в энергетическом секторе, умение работать на усердной коммуникации и владение английским и испанским языками. Работа предполагает присутствие на объекте в Барселоне, Испания.

Formación

• Требуется бакалавр инженерного профиля.
• Опыт управления проектами не менее 3 лет в энергетике, возобновляемой энергетике или промышленной автоматизации.
• Опыт реализации коммерческих и/или коммунальных проектов.
• Способность вести проекты «end-to-end» с учётом объёма, графика и бюджета.
• Развитые коммуникативные навыки и ориентация на клиента; владение английским и испанским языками.

Responsabilidades

• Контроль выполнения проекта от получения заказа до финального приемочного этапа заказчиком.
• Определение требований проекта и составление детальных планов, включая milestones, сроки, ресурсы и риски.
• Руководство задачами инженеров проекта и кросс-функциональными командами.
• Контроль закупок и распределение поставщиков.
• Доставка проектов в срок, в рамках бюджета и качества; поддержка клиента на протяжении всего цикла проекта.
• Ведение технических отчетов и информирование стейкхолдеров о прогрессе, проблемах и решениях.
• Поиск путей улучшения процессов управления проектами.

• Oversee end-to-end project management from Purchase Order receipt through delivery and final customer acceptance
• Define project requirements and develop detailed project plans covering milestones, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management
• Supervise and delegate tasks across Project Engineers and cross-functional teams
• Oversee purchasing and supplier assignments
• Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, while meeting customer requirements and quality standards
• Act as the primary client contact and manage relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Write technical reports and communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to internal and external stakeholders
• Drive process improvements and project management best practices

Требования

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• 3+ Years of project management experience in energy, renewable energy, or industrial automation
• Proven experience delivering commercial and industrial and/or utility-scale projects
• Ability to manage projects end-to-end while balancing scope, schedule, and financial constraints
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders
• Customer-oriented mindset focused on understanding client needs and managing expectations
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Fluency in written and spoken Spanish
• Strong communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability, proactivity, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
• Nice to have: project management certifications, experience with SCADA monitoring and control systems, knowledge of Modbus, IEC 60870-5-104 (IEC104), IEC 61850, DNP3, or similar protocols
