AWWG in Madrid seeks an analytical and proactive Project Manager Coordinator to join our CEO Office team. Working across brands, markets and functions, you will support key strategic initiatives from analysis through execution.

This role combines project management, business analysis and strategic thinking, with exposure to senior stakeholders across the Group. You will help translate business priorities into clear actions and coordinate their execution.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate strategic and cross-functional projects end-to-end with clear objectives, plans and milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and ownership.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, resolve issues and keep initiatives on time and budget.
• Support decision-making by analyzing KPIs and business trends to identify opportunities.
• Conduct business, market and competitor analyses to inform strategic assessments.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement best practices.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and updates to communicate progress and findings.
• Ensure projects align with internal policies and business objectives.

What you’ll do

• Coordinatestrategic and cross-functional projects end-to-end, defining objectives, plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.


• Work closely withcross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment, clear ownership and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.


• Monitor project progress, identify and manage risks, resolve issues and ensure initiatives are deliveredon time and on budget.


• Support business decision-making byanalysing key performance indicators and business trends, identifying opportunities and areas for improvement.


• Conductbusiness, market and competitor analysesand contribute to business cases and strategic assessments.


• Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working, implementing best practices and new methodologies where relevant.


• Prepare clearexecutive-level presentations, analyses and project updates, providing visibility on progress, key findings and outcomes.


• Ensure projects and initiatives remain aligned withinternal policies, procedures and business objectives.
