GT Motive seeks a Project Manager to lead strategic delivery projects across the Solvd Group, coordinating cross-functional teams across business, product, technology, and operations. You will manage portfolio reporting and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

You will drive planning, risk management, and governance while maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires English proficiency and willingness to travel, with flexible and remote-friendly work

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 7+ years leading tech projects in technology-driven environments, consulting, or digital transformation.
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional PM methods.
• Experience in project planning, risk/issue management, budget tracking, and exec-level reporting.
• Professional proficiency in English (C1+).
• Willingness to travel for business.
• PM certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master) are a strong asset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead corporate projects and strategic initiatives from definition and planning through delivery and adoption.
• Manage GT Motive perimeter project portfolio and report to Solvd Group level.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with milestones, risks, and critical paths.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, product, technology, and operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders; ensure clear communication.
• Facilitate governance, planning, status reviews, and decision-making meetings.
• Track progress and deliverables; provide updates to CTO and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks.
• Ensure objectives align with quality, scope, timelines, and budget.
• Coordinate deployments, testing, validations, and transition-to-operations.
• Prepare project documentation, exec reports, dashboards for steering committees.
• Drive continuous improvement of PM methodologies, processes, tools, and best practices.
• Partner with business areas to support transformation initiatives.

As aProject Manageryou will become part of Global project management team supporting strategic delivery projects across Solvd Group. This role leads cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment, execution, and business value realization and contributes to a project portfolio management of GT Motive perimeter.

What you will do:

• Lead corporate projects and strategic initiatives from definition and planning through to successful delivery and adoption.
• Manage project portfolio management of GT Motive perimeter and ensure transparent reporting to Solvd Group level.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, identifying dependencies, milestones, risks, and critical paths.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, product, technology, and operations to ensure effective collaboration and alignment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
• Facilitate project governance, planning, status review, and decision-making meetings.
• Track project progress, performance, and key deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders and CTO.
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks.
• Ensure project objectives are achieved within agreed quality standards, timelines, scope, and budget.
• Coordinate solution deployments, testing, business validations, and transition‑to‑operations activities.
• Prepare project documentation, executive reports, dashboards, and presentations for steering committees and governance forums.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management methodologies, processes, tools, and best practices.
• Partner with business areas to support transformation initiatives, process optimization, and organizational change.

What you should bring:

• Bachelor´s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience leading projects in techonology driven enviroments, consulting firms or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management methodologies.
• Experience in project planning, risk and issue management, budget tracking, and executive‑level reporting.
• Professional proficiency English is required (minimum C1 level).
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint, etc.
• Strong analytical problem‑solving skills, with a structured and result‑driven approach.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications are considered a strong asset.
• Availability for business travel.
