Job summary

Gypsy Collective is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong iGaming background to join one of our partner teams in Spain. You will plan capacity, manage backlogs, coordinate delivery across engineering and product, and maintain transparent progress updates to stakeholders.

You’ll tailor Agile, Scrum, and Kanban to business needs, assess risks, and drive continuous improvement. A 2+ year PM track record in iGaming and English at B2 level are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Project Management experience in the iGaming industry.
• Middle+ / Senior level expertise in managing technical projects and teams.
• Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban and the ability to adapt them to business needs.
• Experience with delivery planning, backlog management, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Good technical understanding of infrastructure, platform architecture, integrations, and cross-team dependencies
• Ability to understand business and technical requirements, critically evaluate estimates, and identify delivery risks
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Result-oriented mindset, strong sense of ownership, sound judgment, and ability to work effectively under pressure
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Bonus points if you have Experience building delivery processes from scratch
• Experience managing complex iGaming platform projects
