  • Coordinate resources, vendors and cross project dependencies : secure and allocate internal and third‑party resources, manage capacity and portfolio overlaps, and proactively resolve interproject dependencies to keep delivery on track.
  • Support stakeholder coordination, clear communication and decisions : proactively align stakeholders, prepare concise meeting artefacts, run decision focused forums, capture actions/owners and follow up to ensure timely inputs and approvals.
  • Manage day to day risks, issues and change control end to end : own risk and issue logs, quantify impacts, implement mitigations, apply change control for scope/schedule/cost changes and escalate unresolved or high impact items to the senior PM or sponsor.
  • Facilitate delivery team performance and capability : remove blockers, coordinate BAs and vendors, ensure tasks have owners and realistic estimates, and coach PM/BA colleagues to model strong delivery behaviors.
  • Provide reliable reporting and drive continuous improvement : produce concise, data driven weekly status updates (R/Y/G, KPIs), track commitments vs outcomes, capture lessons learned and propose small process improvements to raise delivery quality
