SmartWay is seeking a Project Manager based in Barcelona to act as the country-level reference and to connect with the central PMO. You will lead project delivery at local level, aligning with global standards and governance.

You will coordinate local teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while promoting continuous improvement in processes and reporting within an international environment.

Formación

• Solid, proven experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience in international environments and matrix structures.
• Experience managing complex IT, business or transformation projects.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, PRINCE2).
• High level of English (essential).
• Knowledge of the SAP ecosystem is a plus.

Responsabilidades

About the Role

Project Manager (PM) -- International Environment (Barcelona)

Are you motivated by leading projects in international environments? Are you comfortable coordinating local teams and aligning initiatives with a global PMO? You will be responsible for leading project delivery at local level, ensuring alignment with the strategy, standards and governance defined by the global PMO.
