Oxford Global Resources is seeking a Project Engineer with expertise in HVAC, Clean Room, and Utilities for our client in Sant Cugat. The role is 100% on-site, requiring a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2–3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or industrial sector.

You will manage design studies, coordinate with validation and production teams, and oversee equipment installation, commissioning, and supplier coordination to ensure project success.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial or Chemical) or equivalent
• 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or industrial sectors
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and/or cleanrooms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, MS Project) and engineering software
• English level at least B2 (First Certificate)

Responsabilidades

• Carry out design and feasibility studies for pharmaceutical facility projects in HVAC & Clean Room sectors
• Ensure technical quality, scope, schedule and budget compliance
• Promote adherence to quality standards and health & safety regulations
• Collaborate with validation and production teams for qualification and commissioning
• Design, calculate and supervise equipment and installations
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors and oversee their work
• Define scope, schedule and budget for feasibility studies
• Specify equipment and generate engineering documentation for procurement and installation
• Resolve commissioning issues promptly
• Keep project team informed and aligned on goals
• Negotiate with suppliers
• Lead client meetings to track project progress
• Supervise the work of technical office staff

Oxford Global Resources a specialized Consulting Services Firm focused on developing technological solutions for the pharmaceutical industry, is currently seeking to incorporate a Project Engineer with expertise in HVAC & Clean Room & Utilities for our client located in Sant Cugat (100% on-site).

What Your Responsibilities Will Be

• You will carry out and oversee design and feasibility studies for pharmaceutical facility projects, primarily in the area of HVAC & Clean Room, ensuring technical quality and compliance with the agreed scope, schedule and budget.
• You will promote adherence to quality standards, occupational health and safety regulations.
• You will collaborate with validation and production teams in the qualification and commissioning of equipment and facilities.
• You will design, calculate and supervise equipment and installations.
• You will liaise with suppliers and contractors and oversee their work.
• You will define the scope, execution schedule and budget for feasibility studies.
• You will specify equipment and instruments and generate engineering documentation to support procurement, installation and associated work.
• You will proactively resolve issues that arise during commissioning activities.
• You will keep the project team informed, aligning individual goals and priorities.
• You will negotiate with suppliers.
• You will select the necessary resources to meet deadlines and investment targets while ensuring technical quality.
• You will lead meetings with clients to track project progress.
• You will supervise the work of technical office staff assigned to your projects.

Who You Are

• You posses a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial or Chemical). Specialized training in the pharmaceutical sector and/or in HVAC & Clean Room design will be highly valued. Also be familiar with Black Utilites (hot water, chilled, water, steam, compressed air,...).
• You have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or industrial sector.
• You are familiar with HVAC systems and/or cleanrooms. Knowledge of Clean Utilities will be considered a plus.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and MS Project.
• Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Navisworks).
• You have a high level of English (equivalent to B2 - First Certificate).
