Guardian Glass in Tudela, Navarra (Spain) is seeking a Project Engineer to support cross-functional transformation initiatives and rapid execution of plant projects. You will lead or join teams to implement technical solutions, leveraging internal and external knowledge bases.

The role requires engineering training with experience in manufacturing, automation, and industrial technologies, plus fluency in English and Spanish to communicate effectively with diverse teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Automation).
• Experience leading, coordinating, or supporting projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in automation, industrial equipment, or industrial technologies.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, activities and tasks simultaneously.
• Broad knowledge of information technology tools and systems.

Guardian Glass is looking for a Project Engineer to join our team in Tudela, Navarra (Spain).

What You Will Do

• Support all departments in the development and execution of initiatives, data driven; fostering a transformation and innovation culture within the Plant.
• Execute plant and global transformation projects, leading or being part of cross functional teams for the implementation, in an effective and rapid way, of the deliverables of the projects on time.
• Identify and leverage the best knowledge, internal with the capabilities and leaders, and external with companies or other institutions, to propose transformation initiative.
• Run rapid experimentation while learning from our successes/failures and engaging in challenge to find a better way.
• Identify, develop and implement detailed solutions to complex technical problems.
• Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing equipment .

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Automation Engineering)
• Experience leading, coordinating, or supporting projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in automation, industrial equipment, or industrial technologies.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, activities and tasks simultaneously.
• Broad knowledge of information technology tools and systems.
