Renrui HR is seeking a Project Coordinator to support its European Research & Development Center in Spain. The role acts as a bridge between China headquarters and European R&D teams, coordinating project operations and communications.

Ideal candidates have PMO or project management experience, preferably in automotive R&D, and are fluent in Mandarin, English, and Spanish. Catalan is a plus in a fast-paced multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in PM, Engineering, Automotive, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience in project coordination, PMO, or project management roles.
• Automotive industry or R&D experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English, and Spanish.
• Catalan language is a plus.
