Job summary

IQVIA in Spain is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German to support health technology assessment and market access activities for Germany. The role focuses on statistical programming for AMNOG dossiers and data analysis, ideal for biostatisticians or data scientists with a strong interest in reimbursement decision-making.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure quality outputs, and stay updated on IQWiG/G‑BA methodologies.

Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
Experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access preferred.
Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
Familiarity with German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G‑BA procedures is an advantage.
Familiarity with CDISC SDTM/ADaM datasets.

Responsibilities

Contribute to German AMNOG dossier development with a focus on programming analyses for Module 4.
Analyze clinical trial data, including efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroups.
Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA Team).
Ensure scientific quality, clarity, and consistency of outputs.
Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G‑BA, and relevant HTA bodies.
