Job summary

Radiometer, part of Danaher, is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales growth across the Northern territory (Basque Country, Cantabria, Navarra, La Rioja, Aragón and part of Castilla y León). You will report to the Regional Sales Manager as you expand customer relationships and promote Radiometer products and programs.

The role demands 3–5 years in medical diagnostics sales, strong stakeholder management, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Business or related areas.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in the medical diagnostics industry is required.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills, high attention to detail and a self-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Northern territory (Basque Country, Cantabria, Navarra, La Rioja, Aragón and part of Castilla y León).
• Identify, pursue and develop new and existing accounts in the assigned region.
• Plan and schedule face-to-face account calls with current and potential Radiometer end-users.
• Introduce new products and programs; provide feedback to sales/marketing on market reception.
• Maintain and grow RIBE customer relationships and promote the Radiometer brand.

The Account Manager for Radiometer is responsible for creating sales that drive significant impact to the organization. This position is part of the commercial team. Responsible for the development and growth of the Northern area (Basque Country, Cantabria, Navarra, La Rioja, Aragón and part of Castilla y León).

• Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, providing support to customers in line with territory business development plans which will be measured by territory budgets and KPI's.
• Actively identify, pursue and develop new and existing accounts in the territory.
• Plan and schedule face-to-face account calls to current and potential end-users of Radiometer products throughout the assigned sales territory.
• Introduce new products and programs. Provide feedback to sales and marketing management on market acceptance.
• Maintain and manage existing RIBE customer relationships, promote the Radiometer brand, proactively seek out opportunities for service delivery, improvement.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelors Degree in Science, Business or related areas.
• 3-5 years of sales experience in the medical diagnostics industry.
