Job summary

Mission:

At Itera Mobility Engineering, we are looking for an Program Manager to join our engineering team and support an important client located in Almussafes, Spain.

The Program Manager will be responsible of leading, planning, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure program activities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and program requirements.
• Serve as the primary program contact, tracking project progress, managing risks, and driving issue resolution and corrective actions.
• Oversee program financials, including budgets, forecasts, cost control, and profitability improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate plant, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure alignment throughout program execution.
• Manage project dashboards, scorecards, milestones, and key deliverables to maintain visibility and accountability.
• Support pre-build, build, launch, and validation activities, ensuring readiness and successful execution at each phase.
• Lead approval and release processes, including NPSW, launch documentation, rework authorization, and vehicle sign-off activities.
• Coordinate vehicle logistics, shipment activities, and launch-related documentation with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support and lead critical program review meetings, escalation processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster collaboration across teams through effective communication, stakeholder management, and team integration activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical field.
• Willingness to travel as required to support internal and external customer requirements for successful product launches.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Program Manager or engineering capacity role.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
• Must have ability to monitor and administer program design projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deal effectively with all levels of management.
• Fluent in written and verbal english at B1 level
