Qualifications

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to support manufacturing and assembly operations. This role is responsible for executing production processes, ensuring product quality, and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on technical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow standardized procedures while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, integration, and basic testing of mechanical and/or electronic components.
• Follow work instructions, engineering drawings, and production documentation accurately.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment as required.
• Inspect components and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify and report non-conformances or process deviations.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce defects.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with workplace standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Relevant studies or technical training in manufacturing, electronics, mechanics, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or assembly environment. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a regulated or high-quality manufacturing environment. Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings. Experience using manufacturing tracking systems. Previous experience working in controlled production environments.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized processes. Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Strong time-management skills and ability to meet production deadlines. High level of accountability and reliability.
