AST SpaceMobile in Spain seeks a Production Applications Engineer (TULIP) to support MES applications, translate production needs into digital solutions, and ensure seamless integration across manufacturing platforms.

The role focuses on maintaining MES apps, designing data tables, building integrations with SQL databases and REST APIs, and providing user support. Bachelor's in a technical field and 1–2 years in a related area are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field as listed.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing systems, industrial environments, or internal app development.
• Preference for experience with MES and related data systems.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and enhance MES applications supporting production, quality, maintenance, and manufacturing operations.
• Design and optimize MES data tables with consistent naming and data integrity.
• Develop integrations linking MES to SQL databases, REST APIs, and internal apps.
• Support and integrate WATS with MES and related systems.
• Develop JavaScript and Python logic for triggers and widgets when visual tools fall short.
• Collaborate with shop floor personnel to translate needs into usable applications.
• Maintain documentation, naming standards, and environment separation (dev/test/prod).
• Provide first-level support to manufacturing users and implement minor enhancements.
