Procter & Gamble invites applications for a full-time internship at the MATARO BUSINESS CENTER in Mataró, Spain. You will gain hands-on experience in product supply, warehousing, and international transportation operations across Europe, working with cross-functional teams and real business challenges from Day 1.

You will receive formal training and mentorship, plus opportunities to contribute to projects that impact service, cost, and efficiency while developing analytical and leadership skills

Formación

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Fluency in Spanish and excellent ability to communicate in English.
• Available for a minimum of 6 months, full time.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and innovation in the production process.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues.
• Learning & Development: Engage in learning opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge in product supply and manufacturing.
