Hitachi Energy is seeking a Product Supply Chain Programs Leader to drive strategic supply chain initiatives across new product development, cost reduction, and factory expansion projects. You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Procurement to ensure successful execution aligned with business objectives.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage supplier onboarding and RFQ processes, and represent Supply Chain in project gates and milestones, while driving cost-reduction

Formación

• Degree in Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or program management.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Advanced Excel experience and ERP usage.
• Experience in international/multicultural environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Supply Chain workstream within strategic business programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver program objectives.
• Lead procurement activities for new product development projects.
• Drive supplier mapping, sourcing activities, and RFQ processes.
• Support supplier onboarding and contractual agreement execution.
• Represent Supply Chain in project gate reviews and milestones.
• Coordinate and monitor Supply Chain cost reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing to deliver savings targets.
• Lead Supply Chain and logistics planning for new factory projects.
• Manage assigned spend categories and support sourcing strategies.

Your Background

• Degree in Engineering.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or program management roles.
• Fluent Spanish and English, with strong negotiation skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and stakeholder coordination.
• Advanced Excel skills and regular use of ERP systems.
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
• Availability for occasional business travel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
