Hitachi Energy seeks a Supplier Quality Manager to strengthen the supplier base and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.

You will lead qualification, audits, and corrective actions while collaborating with Engineering and Procurement on supplier selection and industrialization activities. The role emphasizes quality methodologies and SAP-enabled processes in a global setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments within Quality, Engineering, SCM, or Supplier Management.
• Proven experience managing supplier quality issues, corrective actions, audits, and supplier development programs.

Responsabilidades

• Manage supplier non-conformities and validate corrective actions.
• Analyze supplier quality KPIs including PPM, COPQ, audits, and claims.
• Conduct supplier audits, assessments, and performance reviews.
• Partner with Procurement and Engineering on supplier selection and industrialization.
• Support new product introductions, design changes, supplier transfers, and process changes.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

How You’ll Make An Impact

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments within Quality, Engineering, SCM, or Supplier Management.
• Proven experience managing supplier quality issues, corrective actions, audits, and supplier development programs.
• Solid knowledge of quality methodologies and tools such as 8D, DMAIC, PPAP, PFMEA, DFMEA, MSA, Cp and Cpk.
• Experience working with ERP systems and quality management tools; SAP knowledge is required.
• Advanced English communication skills is a must.
