Roche Diagnostics is seeking a Security Affiliate Manager for EMEA-LATAM to design, coordinate, and govern a product security network across our affiliates. You will engage with customer-facing teams, drive security strategy, and build strong relationships with regional and global stakeholders.

The role requires a BA/BS in a relevant field, direct customer-facing product security experience, and excellent English communication.

Formación

• BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, or relevant field.
• Experience working directly with customers in product security.
• Business-level English; other languages welcome.
• Ability to communicate security and privacy strategy.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building in matrix organizations.
• Experience with compliance standards and regulatory mandates.
• Goal-oriented with leadership and team development focus.

Responsabilidades

• Be an ambassador and evangelist for Roche Diagnostics product security to affiliates.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders in regions and globally.
• Design, coordinate, and govern a product security network across affiliates.
• Gather intake from affiliates to drive global product security and privacy strategy improvements.
• Support affiliates with training sessions, Q&As, and materials.
• Make product security information accessible to affiliates.
• Bridge between affiliate and global teams; facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Create and maintain a knowledge base of common product security questions.
• Gather product security metrics and report to affiliates and management.
• Collaborate with PSPO chapters to track and serve affiliate needs.
• Enable affiliate leaders and customer-facing roles to promote security with customers.
