ADI Global Distribution seeks a Product Security Compliance Lead to ensure products are secure and compliant throughout their lifecycle, covering design, production, and maintenance.

You will coordinate security controls against frameworks, manage vulnerabilities, and drive secure-by-design culture within R&D, while liaising with security, engineering and legal teams to ensure regulatory alignment and effective remediation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, or similar discipline.
• A passion for product security and safety compliance to provide excellence to stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a high level of English (written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate diverse groups, negotiate priorities, and resolve conflicts among project stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Liaise with security, engineering and legal teams, vendors, and end-users regarding product compliance with internal security frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and enforce product security policies, procedures, and white papers on product security posture.
• Monitor, interpret, and apply laws and standards to products (CRA, RED, GDPR, CCPA, NIST RMF, ISO 27K).
• Stay updated on IoT security trends, regulations, standards and best practices to keep ADI policies current and effective.
• Conduct security audits, risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to validate compliance.
• Analyze supply chains to ensure components meet safety and security requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering to handle security incidents and timely remediation.
• Interface with Legal and Marketing Communications to manage communications of security vulnerabilities.
