Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Product Owner to shape the product vision, own the roadmap, and drive growth by translating user needs and market insights into impactful outcomes. You will partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver valuable products that solve real problems.

In this role, you will manage a backlog in JIRA within a SAFe framework, document decisions in Confluence, and ensure measurable results through data-driven optimization. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in Product Management or Product Owner roles in Agile.
• Hands-on with writing user stories and product requirements.
• Experience managing a product roadmap and backlog in JIRA.
• Experience documenting in Confluence and collaborating with teams.
• Familiarity with SAFe and translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Data-driven mindset, able to interpret metrics and drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
