Univeris is seeking a dynamic Product Owner, Services to define, sell and execute service-based development projects for our Advisor and Enterprise Wealth Management platforms. The role has significant interactions with customers, engineers and stakeholders.

The Work Environment offers a hybrid model with offices in Toronto, Canada, or Madrid, Spain, and requires collaboration across multiple teams to deliver new product solutions and capabilities.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years as a Product Owner in Agile software development.
• Demonstrable understanding of Agile product management with Scrum.
• Working knowledge of Jira & Confluence or similar tools.
• CSPO certification or equivalent work experience.
• Working knowledge of SQL and APIs.
• Familiarity with AI tools to create product artifacts.
• 2 years of experience in Wealth Management is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Defining and communicating requirements and business value with clients and stakeholders.
• Maintaining and prioritizing a backlog for Sprint Planning.
• Accepting user stories based on acceptance criteria and Definition of Ready.
• Participating in release and product increment planning.
• Contributing to the Product Roadmap and Strategy.
• Collaborating with Product Team to write stories and prioritize backlog.
• Ensuring user stories have clear acceptance criteria and ready for development.
• Leading PI planning activities for the Product Team.
