Univeris in Madrid (hybrid, with Toronto option) seeks a Product Owner, Services to drive client-sponsored development for our Advisor and Enterprise Wealth Management platforms. You will define requirements and collaborate with clients, engineers and architects to deliver value.

You will maintain a prioritized backlog, write user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and participate in release planning and increments to ensure quality and customer satisfaction across engagements.

Formación

• 2+ years of Product Owner experience in an Agile software development environment.
• CSPO certification or equivalent work experience.
• Working knowledge of Jira & Confluence or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL and APIs.
• 2 years of Wealth Management experience is essential.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Defining and communicating requirements and business value with the client, solution engineering and other stakeholders; documenting those requirements in a Product Requirements Document and Statement of Work.
• Playing an important role in the sale and scoping of service-based engagements.
• Maintaining and prioritizing a backlog of ready-to-work backlog items for Sprint Planning.
• Accepting User Stories based on acceptance criteria and Definition of Done.
• Contributing to the Product Roadmap to realize the Product Vision and Strategy.
• Collaborating with Product Team to write stories and prioritize backlog for Sprint Planning.
• Leading Agile ceremonies with the Product Team and Scrum Masters to maximize product value.
• Ensuring User Stories are ready for development and have defined acceptance criteria.
• Coordinating dependencies with other Product Owners and sharing market/client insights.
• Developing product domain expertise and communicating context to the team.
• Preparing product release documentation and collateral.
