ERNI is seeking a senior Product Owner/Manager to shape healthcare digital products in a hybrid setting. You’ll drive the product vision, roadmap, and backlog with engineering, UX, and business teams, ensuring value delivery and stakeholder alignment.

You’ll mentor peers, grow technical influence, and enjoy a flexible, supportive environment with a focus on professional development and autonomy.

• More than 5 years of experience as Product Owner or Product Manager managing complex digital products.
• Strong experience defining product roadmaps, backlog prioritization and Agile delivery using SAFe.

What you will bring

• More than 5 years of experience as Product Owner or Product Manager managing complex digital products.
• Strong experience defining product roadmaps, backlog prioritization and Agile delivery using SAFe.
• Experience working with cross functional teams including engineering, UX and business stakeholders.

• Experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro and product management tools in global organizations.
• Advanced English level and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

You will be responsible for leading the product vision, roadmap and backlog while working closely with engineering, UX, architecture and business teams. You will prioritize features, coordinate stakeholders, facilitate product refinement sessions and ensure each delivery provides maximum value for users and the business.

Our working model

Our model is hybrid: we usually go to the office 2 days a week, though this depends on the project and team, but we love seeing each other’s faces; the best stories always happen in the office!
