What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Product Owner to join our team and work with one of our clients in the banking sector.

Location: Spain

Work mode: 100% Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze the country's business requirements for the assisted channel tool.
• Evaluate current or necessary local functionalities and align them with global product capabilities.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to align business requirements and functional solutions.
• Document the country's requirements, particularities, and exceptions in a clear and structured manner.
• Map and analyze end-to-end transactional flows and customer journeys.
• Collaborate with global and local teams to validate requirements, estimates, and functional definitions.
• Support prioritization and backlog refinement in coordination with the Product Owner

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in the financial services sector.
• Proven experience in channel transformation or transactional banking processes (understanding of assisted channel is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum / Kanban) and tools like Confluence and JIRA.
• Good communication skills for working collaboratively in a team.
• Languages : Spanish (Required).
• English level fluent or high. (Preferred).
