RemoteJobsOne is seeking a Product Owner for a fully remote role open to candidates in Spain. You will collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams to turn complex problems into intuitive products, with strong emphasis on user experience and data-driven decisions.

The role requires owning the product lifecycle, defining KPIs, and prioritizing across user needs and technical constraints in a fast-moving environment.

Formación

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role owning a live software product.
• Experience with AI, data, developer tools, or technically sophisticated products is strongly preferred.
• Track record of building customer-facing products that are intuitive and delightful to use.
• Strong product judgment and ability to simplify complex problems.
• Experience using KPIs, usage data, and customer insights to guide decisions.
• High agency and comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder management skills.

The Role

You’ll work closely with engineering, data, and business teams to turn complex problems into intuitive products people enjoy using. Experience in AI, data, developer tools, or other strong product-led technology companies is highly relevant.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

1. Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role owning a live software product.

1. Engineering background or strong technical fluency.
2. Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, agents, data infrastructure, or analytics products.
3. Experience taking products from 0 1 and iterating based on real-world usage.

The national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $120,000 –$160,000. All employees are eligible for equity compensation, and employees may also receive performance-based bonuses. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package, including up to 100% reimbursement for health-insurance premiums, paid time off, a 401(K) plan with a company match, and additional benefits designed to support a high-performing, remote-first workforce.
