Mimacom Iberica SLU in Madrid is seeking a Senior Product Owner to drive product strategy and end-to-end ownership of complex digital, data, or technology products. You will align business needs with delivery teams to realise measurable value from concept through adoption.

You will work with business stakeholders, technology teams, and governance bodies to shape vision, prioritise initiatives, and maximise ROI.

Formación

• Proven experience defining and executing product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital, data, or technology products.
• Strong experience managing stakeholders across business and technology functions, including senior leadership.
• Experience developing business cases, ROI models, and value realisation frameworks.
• Experience with corporate functions such as Legal, Compliance, Risk, or Governance.
• Proven track record leading product rollout, adoption, and organisational change initiatives.
• Fluent English.

As a Senior Product Owner, you will take end-to-end ownership of complex products, from defining the vision and strategy through to rollout, adoption, and value realisation. Working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and corporate functions, you will ensure that product investments are aligned with strategic priorities and deliver tangible business outcomes.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Product Owner, you are the person responsible for ensuring that products solve the right problems, create measurable value, and remain aligned with business priorities throughout their lifecycle. Here's what that looks like:

• Define the vision: You establish a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns business objectives with product outcomes and provides direction for stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Prioritise for impact: You balance competing demands, evaluate opportunities based on value and strategic fit, and make clear prioritisation decisions across business and technology stakeholders.
• Own the business case: You develop and maintain business cases, value assessments, and ROI models, ensuring that investment decisions are grounded in measurable outcomes.
• Align stakeholders: You work across business units, technology teams, and corporate functions such as Legal and Compliance to ensure alignment, manage dependencies, and remove obstacles to success.
• Drive adoption and change: You lead product rollout, stakeholder engagement, and change management activities to maximise product adoption and ensure benefits are realised.
• Focus on outcomes: You continuously assess product performance, track business value, and adapt priorities to ensure products deliver meaningful and measurable impact.

What You'll Bring

You see products as business investments, not delivery projects, and you are motivated by the value they create rather than the features they ship. You also bring:

• Proven experience defining and executing product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital, data, or technology products.
• Strong experience managing stakeholders across business and technology functions, including senior leadership.
• Demonstrated experience developing business cases, ROI models, and value realisation frameworks.
• Experience working with corporate functions such as Legal, Compliance, Risk, or Governance.
• Proven track record leading product rollout, adoption, and organisational change initiatives.
• Strong focus on business outcomes, value delivery, and measurable impact.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.
• Nice to Have Experience managing Data, Analytics, or AI products.
• Good technical understanding of modern data platforms and technology environments.
• Experience in domains such as pricing, forecasting, supply chain, assortment, or commercial optimisation.
