Trabajarás con equipos de desarrollo, analistas y marketing para planificar proyectos, priorizar requisitos y garantizar la entrega de valor. Se valora experiencia en entornos online y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.

Qualifications

• Al menos 3 años de experiencia como Product Owner en un rol similar o al menos 4 años en operaciones, preferiblemente en juegos en línea.
• Capacidad de gestionar y priorizar altas cargas de trabajo de forma autónoma.
• Formación universitaria en informática u otra disciplina tecnológica o experiencia demostrable para trabajar con desarrolladores y analistas de datos.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
• Interés y aptitud para definir requisitos de software.
• Capacidad de gestionar relaciones con usuarios y equipos de desarrollo.
• Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir plazos.
• Conocimientos de desarrollo y ciclo de vida de software.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external software development teams to identify and clarify development requirements
• Project manage operational, training and support requirements for new systems deployments
• Analyse stakeholder workflows and report potential improvements to Group management
• Project manage and co-ordinate change management required for rollout of new developments and platforms
• Assess feature requests for feasibility and value and report the outcome to COO
• Create plans to be approved by the COO for multiple release cycles and functional specifications for projects in accordance with stakeholder objectives
• Manage the configurations for back office tools
• Complete user-acceptance testing of new developments and document release notes
• Investigate, document and resolve post-development issues identified in production systems

Requirements:

• The successful candidate must either have at least 3 years of experience as a product owner in a similar role or at least 4 years of experience in an operations environment, preferably within online gaming with an excellent understanding of operations processes and software.
• xiphteb Ability to manage and prioritise high volumes of responsibilities autonomously without delays in deliverables
• Educated to degree level in computer science or another technology related discipline or demonstrable technical experience such that they can work comfortably with developers, data analysts, and make toolconfigurations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interest and aptitude in defining business requirements for software development
• Strong relationship management skills – ability to relate to business users and software developers
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Superb attention to detail
• Desirable:Project management qualification or experience
• Some experience working with databases and knowledge of programmingKnowledge of software development lifecycles
