Babel Profiles is seeking a Product Owner to lead a cross-functional Scrum team in Barcelona, focusing on optimizing the company webshop. You will drive product discovery, oversee A/B testing, and enhance the customer conversion journey across 11 countries.

The role demands 3–5 years of hands-on PO experience in agile environments, strong frontend instincts, and excellent stakeholder communication in English. Hybrid work in central Barcelona with a competitive package awaits.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years hands-on Product Owner experience in Scrum.
• Experience with frontend web apps and digital products.
• Experience running product discovery and A/B tests.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, Scrum; Jira/Confluence.
• Technical understanding of web frontend and performance.
• Strong stakeholder management and international coordination.
• Full professional English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a cross-functional Scrum team of frontend engineers, UX designer, and analytics support to deliver optimized campaign experiences.
• Own the roadmap: prioritise it and translate into backlogs, detailed user stories, and sprint goals.
• Drive product discovery and run continuous A/B testing to boost conversion rates.
• Work with the team to sharpen frontend mechanics, teaser components, and webshop performance (Google Core Web Vitals).
• Coordinate with cross-team stakeholders across multiple frontend units and countries.
• Champion a user-centered product culture built on continuous improvement and high-impact releases.

Join a well-established retail giant with a footprint across 11 European markets, and help shape the future of its webshop from its tech hub in Barcelona. As Product Owner, you'll lead a cross-functional Scrum team of frontend engineers, UX designers, and analysts, driving product discovery, running A/B tests, and continuously optimizing the customer conversion journey.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional Scrum team of frontend engineers, a UX designer, and analytics support to deliver standout, optimized campaign experiences
• Own the roadmap: prioritize it and translate it into clear backlogs, detailed user stories, and sprint goals
• Drive product discovery and run continuous A/B testing to boost conversion rates and add-to-cart metrics
• Work closely with the team to sharpen frontend mechanics, teaser components, and overall webshop performance, including Google Core Web Vitals
• Manage cross-team dependencies across 12 frontend units and coordinate with e-commerce stakeholders across 11 countries
• Champion a proactive, user-centered product culture built on continuous improvement and high-impact releases

Core Skills/Experience

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Product Owner in an agile Scrum environment
• A proven track record with frontend web applications and user-centered digital products
• Experience running product discovery and setting up A/B tests to optimize user conversion
• Solid grounding in agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and tools like Jira and Confluence
• A technical understanding of web frontend principles and web performance metrics
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, ready to navigate complex international environments
• A proactive mindset, eager to take initiative, rethink processes, and help shape team dynamics
• Full professional level of English
• Location: Barcelona
