Amaris Consulting busca un Product Owner con experiencia en banca para gestionar productos digitales en un entorno ágil. Serás responsable de definir la visión, planificar el roadmap y trabajar estrechamente con negocio y tecnología para entregar soluciones de pago y tarjetas.

Se requiere experiencia en gestión de backlogs, métodos Agile/Scrum y habilidades de comunicación con stakeholders. El puesto es híbrido y basado en Madrid, con beneficios y oportunidades de crecimiento.

Formación

• Al menos 5 años de experiencia como Product Owner gestionando productos digitales.
• Experiencia en el sector bancario.
• Conocimiento de payments, cards o métodos de pago.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar el backlog del producto y definir su visión y roadmap.
• Colaborar con stakeholders y equipos técnicos para entregar soluciones en banca.
• Recopilar y priorizar requisitos relacionados con plataformas de pago y servicios transaccionales.
• Liderar la planificación de sprints, refinamiento de backlog y reviews ágiles.
• Asegurar entregas de incrementos de producto cumpliendo estándares de calidad y cumplimiento.

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in the banking sector , particularly within Payments, Cards, or Payment Methods products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing product roadmaps, stakeholder relationships, and delivering high-impact digital solutions in banking environments.

This is a hybrid position based in Madrid .

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner managing digital products in complex environments.
• Proven experience within the banking sector .
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Payments, Cards, Payment Methods, or related payment processing solutions .
• Experience managing product backlogs and roadmaps using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business, technology, and operations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable product features.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and a good level of English .

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer needs.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for payment-related solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver innovative banking products.
• Gather and prioritize requirements related to payment platforms, card solutions, and transactional services.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product reviews within Agile teams.
• Ensure successful delivery of product increments while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and innovations in the banking and payments ecosystem.
