Simplex Recruitment is seeking a seasoned product leader to drive the global Wire & Cable product strategy. You will collaborate with R&D, sales, and marketing across regions to identify opportunities and align technical and commercial goals.

The role requires deep polymers knowledge, strong communication across cultures, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally to customers and events. This is an influential, cross-functional position within the Wire & Cable segment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in product management, technical marketing or application development in the Wire & Cable materials industry.
• Strong technical knowledge in polymers and plastics processing.
• Familiarity with Wire & Cable producers’ requirements, specifications and approval processes.
• Excellent cross-cultural and communication skills.
• Knowledge and networking within the Wire & Cable industry.
• Willingness to travel, also abroad, to customers, trade shows and manufacturing sites.

• Strategy development for the Wire & Cable R&D teams.
• Support Marketing with product contents and technical collateral.

The Role:

This role bridges technical, commercial and strategic domains - working closely with R&D, sales, marketing and key players to drive growth within the Wire & Cable segment, covering comprehensive spectrum of polymer materials used in production within the Wire & Cable sector.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, technical marketing or application development in the Wire & Cable materials industry.
• Strong technical knowledge in polymers and plastics processing.
