Certinia is seeking a Product Manager to drive and lead product innovation for our PS Cloud solutions, serving professional services globally. You will engage with customers, define strategy, and translate insights into valuable features.

You will collaborate with engineering, design and leadership to ship capabilities, drive go-to-market activities, and ensure customer success. Fluent English is required; experience in procurement or supply chain is a plus.

Formación

• Fluent written and verbal English language skills.
• Domain knowledge within indirect procurement or supply chain management.
• Experience working in an Agile environment or similar such as System implementation.
• Can apply a systematic approach and make decisions with incomplete information.
• A clear understanding of the market and personas we are serving with our solution/s.
• Communication/interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.
• An interest in Product Design / User Experience.
• Demonstrated experience in influencing key decision makers and achieving agreement across teams and regions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience of building Reporting solutions, either as products or as internal solutions in your role.
• Working knowledge of financial concepts - revenue, invoicing, profit and margin, forecasting, currency conversion.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers to understand goals and challenges and share insights with the wider team.
• Own the strategy for your part of the product, aligned to a key customer persona.
• Influence overall product strategy by sharing insights into customer needs.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive strategic investments and specific customer needs in parallel.
• Work with engineering and design partners to define the shared OKRs for your team, ensuring strategy meets practice.
• Own the discovery and delivery objectives for your assigned domain.
• Develop a rich understanding of customer needs through interviews, usage metrics data, and customer ideas.
• Partner with design and engineering leads to explore potential solutions and test these to discover the best solution.
• Deliver the highest value solution to our customers and iterate rapidly.
• Design reporting features and data structures for our PS Cloud product.
• Go to Market: train teams, present new functionality at webinars/conferences, and help customers adopt new releases.
