Job summary

Fidia offices in Madrid are recruiting a Product Manager – Joint care, Spain. You will collaborate with Commercial to identify market needs and support development, positioning and activation of the assigned products. Travel up to 30% and work with KOLs and events.

Qualifications

Several years of experience in product management or brand management within the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in omnichannel marketing initiatives with digital tools and platforms.
Bachelor’s or vocational degree, preferably in Pharmacy/Medicine or related fields.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to travel extensively as dictated by business needs.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Commercial to identify market and customer needs and support product development, positioning and activation.
Prepare materials for sales teams and healthcare professionals (protocols, product presentations).
Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOL) and represent the company at events.
Monitor marketing initiatives and report results to relevant departments.
