Sulzer is seeking a proactive Product Manager to lead continuous backwash granular media filtration technologies (DynaSand/SuperSand) and shape growth in the water treatment market across Europe. You will own the product portfolio, coordinate with global and regional teams, and drive commercial readiness from development to sales support.

The role requires strong market insight, project management skills, and international collaboration, with travel to customer sites and events.

Formación

Self-starter with strong communication and technical understanding of municipal/industrial water treatment.
Experience with granular filtration products and water treatment solutions.
Experience in process engineering, project management, and international work in water treatment.

Responsabilidades

Lead technology transfer and localize global solutions for regional market requirements.
Define regional product strategy through market analysis, customer insights, and business planning.
Drive commercial launches by coordinating cross-functional teams and go-to-market readiness.
Enable sales success through training, pricing strategies, technical support, and sales tools.
Act as the application expert, gathering customer feedback and translating insights into product improvements.
