Job summary

CaixaBank ищет лидера по продукту для разработки и внедрения решений на основе цифровых активов и технологии DLT. Ваша работа будет направлена на создание новых сервисов, платёжных инструментов и инфраструктур для расчетов, с координацией между бизнесом, технологией и риском.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Задачи:

Develop products, services and business models based on digital assets and DLT technology. Drive initiatives related to tokenization, digital payment instruments, settlement infrastructures and custody services. Identify and assess business opportunities linked to the evolution of digital markets and ecosystems. Define and launch pilots, proofs of concept and MVPs aimed at validating new capabilities. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with business, technology, risk and compliance teams. Lead digital asset initiatives from the opportunity identification phase through implementation and further development. Define value propositions, business cases, success metrics and operating models associated with the initiatives. Coordinate the various teams involved, ensuring the proper execution of projects and achievement of established milestones. Translate business needs and market trends into concrete solutions with real impact. Identify and manage dependencies, risks and obstacles that may affect the development of initiatives. Participate in the assessment of technological alternatives and implementation models. Drive the adoption of new capabilities and ensure their integration into the organization's processes and operations. Act as the point of connection between the various internal and external stakeholders involved in the projects.

Higher education degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a similar field. Proven experience in product, strategy or transformation roles in complex and regulated environments. Experience delivering complex products or initiatives end to end. Experience working in cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to launch pilots, MVPs or products in production. High execution capability and impact orientation. Practical thinking and a results-oriented approach. Proactive and innovative attitude in seeking creative solutions to the challenges presented. Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively and align diverse stakeholder groups. Ability to independently manage complex projects with a results-oriented approach. Methodical, organized, consistent and relationship-oriented when following a project through its different phases and working with different participants. Proactive attitude and ability to work as part of a team and cross-functionally. Strategic thinking, problem-solving, business case development and validation, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English; MS Office and written presentation skills. Written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of materials for senior management and governance forums.
