Q-Tech is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Core Platform and data ecosystem in an international B2B SaaS setting within Life Sciences. You will define the platform vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with business and customer goals, leading a cross-functional team to deliver scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Data and DevOps, drive discovery with stakeholders, and guide delivery from concept to adoption while ensuring secure, API-driven integrations and data

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management in B2B SaaS, platform or data products.
• Proven track record of delivering scalable platform or data products, such as SaaS architectures, event systems, notification hubs, and shared services and databases.
• Understanding of platform architecture, security, access management, APIs and data workflows, plus experience working with Engineering, Data and DevOps teams.
• Strong product discovery skills: customer interviews, prototyping and MVP testing.
• A strategic mindset and the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Availability for occasional travel to offices in Europe.
• Experience in regulated industries (pharma, healthcare, compliance) is a plus

Responsabilités

• Work with Product, Marketing and Sales to define requirements for security, identity and access management, and integrations.
• Make data-driven decisions based on telemetry, KPIs, feature adoption and technical debt.
• Take part in the team's day-to-day work: refinements, dailies and retrospectives.

Описание: Q-tech is hiring a Senior Product Manager with background in Core Platform for an international B2B SaaS company in the Life Sciences sector that builds quality and risk management solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. The company has grown from a single product to a multi-product offering and plans to keep launching new solutions. That requires a strong core and data platform, so it is looking for someone to lead the platform strategy.
