Job summary

TRIXIA by Fertiberia seeks an EMEA Product Manager with a flexible location across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will translate technical product information into market-ready materials and support the sales network, including distributor visits and translations.

With 4–6 years in product management in biostimulant/biocontrol/biofertiliser sectors, you will leverage strong analytical skills, English proficiency, and planning ability to drive market success across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Degree in Agricultural Engineering or related discipline.
• English proficiency at C level or above.
• French language level (intermediate) is preferred.
• Arabic language level (intermediate) would be an advantage.
• MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• 4–6 years' experience in product management, preferably in biostimulant/biocontrol/biofertiliser sectors.
• Strong knowledge of the agricultural inputs market across the EMEA region.
• Strong analytical and technical understanding.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills; autonomous with priorities.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Technical, Regulatory and R&D teams.

Responsibilities

• Process, select and develop technical product information into commercially valuable materials.
• Manage and prioritise the sales team's requirements for presentations, dossiers and catalogues, coordinating translations.
• Provide product and marketing support to the sales network, including visits to distributors and customers.
• Gather market intelligence, conduct benchmarking and assess market potential by crop and solution.
• Contribute to the marketing plan and monitor its budget and objectives.
• Prepare technical presentations and deliver training sessions for sales teams and customers.

We are looking for an EMEA Product Manager to join our team, with flexibility in terms of location across the region.

Main responsibilities of this role will include:

• Processing, selecting and developing technical product information and translating it into commercially valuable materials.
• Managing and prioritising the sales team's requirements for presentations, dossiers and
• catalogues, including coordination of translations.
• Providing product and marketing support to the sales network, including visits to distributors and customers, with the aim of facilitating the successful introduction of the company's products into the market.
• Gathering market intelligence and competitor product information, conducting benchmarking activities and internal studies to assess market potential by crop and solution.
• Contributing to the definition and execution of the marketing plan, as well as monitoring its budget and ensuring compliance with established objectives.
• Preparing technical presentations and delivering technical training sessions for both sales teams and customers.
• Degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related discipline.
• English proficiency at C level or above.
• Intermediate level of French.
• Intermediate level of Arabic would be considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Minimum of 4-6 years' experience in product management, preferably within the biostimulant, biocontrol and/or biofertiliser sectors.
• Strong knowledge of the agricultural inputs market across the EMEA region, including biostimulants, crop protection products and fertilisers, is essential.
• Strong analytical and technical understanding.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to work autonomously and effectively manage priorities and objectives.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to gather information and work closely with Sales, Technical, Regulatory and R&D teams to develop compelling value proposition.

Addtional requiremente:

• Willingness and availability to travel.
• Additional language skills will be valued, particularly a strong command of French and Arabic.
