Job summary

Proton ищет старшего менеджера по продукту для руководства развитием Proton VPN в сегоне B2B. Вы будете разрабатывать стратегию, формировать дорожную карту и внедрять инновационные функции, работая с кросс‑функциональными командами по продукту, инжинирингу, росту и маркетингу.

Требуется 7–10 лет опыта в PM для B2B SaaS, фокус на безопасности, умение достигать коммерческих результатов и руководить командами в условиях быстрого роста.

Qualifications

• 7–10 лет опыта в управлени продукта в B2B SaaS (предпочтительно в области безопасности/продуктивности).
• Доказанный опыт запуска крупных фич и продуктов в условиях быстрого роста.
• Стратегический лидер с аналитическим и data‑ориented подходом, с доказательством коммерческого успеха.
• Сильное внимание к пользователю и ориентация на UX, высокие стандарты.
• Опыт построения и управления высокоэффективными командами.
• Работающий с готовностью идти на дополнительные усилия, чтобы добиваться результата.
• Умение быть hands-on и работать в быстром темпе.
• Глубокие технические знания, умение участвовать в технических решениях.
• Техническое образование, желательно CS с уклоном в безопасность

Responsibilities

• Определять стратегическое видение и дорожную карту для B2B‑части Proton VPN.
• Обеспечивать создание, выпуск и поддержку нужных функций с ценностной отдачей.
• Развивать инновации, предлагать новые функции для расширения предложения и увеличения защитности.
• Определять и измерять успех по принятию, активации и удержанию клиентов.
• Способствовать тесному сотрудничеству product, engineering, growth и marketing для достижения общей цели.
• Руководить командами в процессе выполнения работ.

Since then, we've built the world's largest encrypted email service (Proton Mail) and expanded into Proton VPN, Proton Drive, Proton Pass, and Proton Calendar — tools used by millions globally to protect their freedom, fight censorship, and keep their data safe. In some situations, Proton has literally helped save lives. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of Proton VPN in the B2B market space.

• Work with the senior leadership team to define a strategic vision and roadmap for B2B aspect of Proton VPN.


• Ensure that we are building, shipping and supporting the right features that deliver impactful value creation over time.


• Drive product innovation, develop novel, game-changing product features that expand our value proposition to new user segments and increase our defensibility.


• Define and own what success looks like in terms of adoption, activation and retention.


• Facilitate hand-in-hand collaboration between product, engineering, growth and marketing to align on the vision and the execution.


• Lead the teams through execution.


• See through the fog of war and know where to go and what needs to be done quickly and decisively.


• Troubleshoot and solve problems involving multiple teams inside and outside of product.


• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.


• Anticipate growth ceilings and define scaling strategies to prevent them, that include managing projects beyond pure-product work, and include foundational technology, tools, and processes, such as a customer engagement platform.


• Set a fast pace for the team, help them to overcome blockers and execute faster.

• 7-10 years of experience in product management in B2B SaaS, preferably in security and/or productivity contexts.


• Proven track-record in successful product and major feature launches in fast-paced environments.


• Strategic leader with an analytical and data-driven mindset, with a track record for delivering products and features on time and with commercial success.


• Strong empathy for the customer, user-centric mindset, and an unwillingness to lower standards.


• A strong innate sense for good UX, with a love for design.


• Experience building and managing high-performing teams.


• A work ethic of going above and beyond to make things happen.


• Ability to be hands-on and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


• Deep technical acumen, able to contribute to technical decisions.


• Technical background (ideally a Computer Science degree with specialization in Security)
