ARRK Engineering is seeking a Product Manager (m/f/d) for Automated Driving in Madrid. You will shape product management structures and processes, working with interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative software for AD development.
You will define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, translating technical innovations into user stories, and guiding products from prototype to rollout in a fast-evolving field.
Formación
- Experience in product management, ideally in automotive/software/high-tech environments.
- Strong understanding of Automated Driving development (ADAS/AD, software architectures, simulation, validation, toolchains).
- Ability to structure technical complexity and translate into product strategies.
- Experience with agile development models and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and enhance innovative software products for Automated Driving.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies, methods, and process innovations in AD/ADAS development.
- Advance existing solutions into scalable, market-ready software products.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for development and software solutions.
- Collaborate with Software Development, Systems Engineering, Testing and other teams.
- Translate technical innovations into clear user stories and requirements.
- Support product lifecycle from idea to rollout.
- Analyze market and technology trends in Automated Driving.
